I've been blogging since 1997, first with Nucleus, and now with Webbledegook.
I'm the creator, writer and artist for the Adventures of Julius Chancer, the British Comic Award winning Euro-style adventure comic.
I work as an illustrator, doing book covers, spot illos, comics, posters, design, photo manipulation, logos, and much more.
Related to my illustration work, I create and supply graphics and art at an affordable price for amateur and professional theatre companies.
I am a researcher and writer on the Second Anglo-Afghan War of 1878-80, and appeared on Radio 4's Making History in this capacity.
I have been a keen researcher into my family history since 2001, and love uncovering the people and stories of the past.
I have practiced karate since 1985 and now run my own club.
Links to some of my writing online, all in one place.
I'm a bit of a collector and archivist. Here's some of it.
I played in a number of local bands in my 20s and 30s.
