The Calamity Jane artwork is available for licensing to theatre companies and their designers to incorporate into publicity material (posters, leaflets, playbills, programmes, tickets etc.). I can also supply poster templates or design the entire poster for you.

About Calamity Jane
Martha Jane Canary (1852-1903) was her real name, but the rest of her history is obscured by rumour, tall tales and exaggeration. In 1953 some of that legend was refurbished, re-shaped, and re-written in the form of a classic Warner Brothers musical starring Doris Day and Howard Keel, giving us a roster of popular songs, including 'Whip Crack-Away', 'Just Blew in from the Windy City' and 'Secret Love'. The stage musical was based directly on the film, and had its premier in Fort Worth, Texas, in 1961. It didn't reach British professional theatres until 1974, with actresses such as (the novelist) Lynda La Plante, Barbara Windsor and Toyah Wilcox in the title role in various productions.
