It's published in hardback by Silvester Strips in a translation by Mat Schifferstein, and as part of the publisher's 20 year anniversary celebrations I believe you can buy both volumes for 29.95 Euros.
I believe there is to be a limited edition of the collected Rainbow Orchid that will be in hardback - hopefully some time in 2012. There has already been a hardback edition of volume 1, of course - back in Nov 2007 with the green cover (see the publication checklist).
