Please note that while I try my best to be as accurate as possible with my research, mistakes do occur and part of this project is the never-ending search for confirmation, correction and discovery, eventually through primary records. If you think I can help you with your research, or you can help me, then please do get in touch.
Sincere thanks to everyone who has generously shared and swapped research,
stories and information to help point me in the right direction.
Family members have kindly shared some of their photographs, however I only use photos
for which I own originals or have express permission from the owner in question.

My name is Garen Cameron Ewing and this website was created to help me make sense of my family history and to record it. It's also here in the hope that it will help to make contact with the far-flung and distant branches of my ancestors and their families. I'm married with two children, live in West Sussex, England, and work as an illustrator and author, mainly in the field of children's adventure comics. You can contact me via this link.
This website is dedicated to my mum, Margaret Anne Higson / Ewing / Glazier (1941-1995)
